PRINCIPAL TERMS

This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of the web sign up process.

You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges set for the Type of Membership chosen.

You cannot transfer your membership to anyone else.

The Joining Fee (if one is payable) is collected from you by us either by Debit / Credit card at time of purchase. Registration fees are applied to cover your welcome gift, affiliate marketing, and the initial administration costs associated with setting up a new membership and direct debit agreement. 

Your second Direct Debit for monthly membership fees will be auto withdrawn  one month after you joined. Subsequent Direct Debits for monthly membership fees will be collected monthly thereafter. Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances.

In the event that there are insufficient funds during the time of autodraft, your access to the education will be restricted until membership payment has been processed. If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole election, either suspend or terminate your membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so. 

You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the Members Details provided.



MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS

You may terminate your membership at any point by canceling your direct debit with your bank, allowing 4 working days for the bank to action this. Please call Member Services for options available to you or for any further information.

In the above circumstances your membership will remain in force until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will automatically terminate.



DIRECT DEBIT PRICES

In the event we need to increase the price of membership. You will be given at least 1 full months' notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice and auto withdrawn thereafter.

PRIVACY NOTICE

We collect and process personal data about you in order to provide the services you use; operate our business; protect the security of our systems and our customers; or fulfill our other legitimate interests.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.

MEDIA RELEASE 

I hereby give Be Boujee Enterprises LLC, "The Boujee Banker"  and its employees, representatives, and authorized media organizations permission to print, photograph, and record me  for use in audio, video, film, or any other electronic, digital and printed media.


a. This is with the understanding that The Boujee Banker and/or  its representatives may likely reproduce said photograph, interview, or likeness on social media to promote The Boujee Besties Community/ Boujee & Balanced University  of Be Boujee Enterprises LLC 
with the potential of receiving monetary gain for use of any reproduction/broadcast of said photograph, video, audio , or screenshot of communication via text or community or likeness. I am also fully aware that I will not receive monetary compensation
for my participation.


b. I further release and relieve Be Boujee Enterprises LLC, "The Boujee Banker"  and its employees, representatives, and authorized media organizations from any liabilities, known or unknown, arising out of the use of this material.
By Continuing with this membership you certify that you have read the Media Consent and Release Liability statement and fully.
